Downtown is Rising

Utah’s capital city is home to some significant developments in commercial real estate today. City Creek Center, with a price tag estimated at $1.5 billion, is the largest privately funded development project in the U.S. The impact of this mixed-use development is already being felt downtown, as new businesses have opened their doors and several other development projects are either in process or on the horizon.
