Everybody Wins!
It's a rare evening when food pros are able to party together outside a restaurant—everyone is always too busy tending their own kitchen.
But Salt Lake's best chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, bakers, sommeliers, servers, food writers and partied hearty at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts last night in celebration of Salt Lake magazine's 12th annual Dining Awards.
Everyone took off their toques and aprons, put on their fancy duds and took the night off to congratulate each other. With provisions from Nicholas & Co., Cuisine Unlimited catered the Utah-themed party, presenting a menu based on local food and flavors arranged in an elegant desert-scape of red sand and tumbleweeds; the cocktail reception featured champagne and wines from Libation and Southern Wine & Spirit, and there was plenty to toast.
