Note, we have ample opportunities for you to be involved – before and during the event.

VOLNTEER NEEDS:

Spreading the word!

Distributing posters and fliers to your neighborhood gathering spots, inviting your friends and neighbors to the event by phone or email, and other easy methods. Don't worry, we'll provide plenty of guidance and materials to make it easy, starting today and until the day of the event.

Set up!

Calling all early birds and smiling helpers to make the morning of May 8th go as smoothly as possible! We'll be setting up tents, placing decorations, helping exhibitors move into their spots and generally making the show ready to go before the public shows up at 10am.

Clean up!

At the end of the day, we need an all-star crew to return Library Plaza back to the beautiful public square that it is! Come help us remove the show materials – from tents to decorations – everything we brought in has got to go back home on May 8th. Your help is greatly appreciated in helping to keep this a Zero Waste Event- pack it in and pack it out.

Show Assistance!

Opportunities to connect with our city's sustainable pioneers are aplenty! Help with the VIP tent or water station. Help our community maintain a zero waste environment. Or volunteer for a special feature such as being an usher at our Sundance movie screening. There are lots of great opportunities to get involved and help make this a stellar time for everyone!
