The newly renamed Utah Museum of Contemporary Art will show “Artist Made Karaoke Videos” as part of Salt Lake City’s EVE celebration. Submissions will be on view at the museum, 20 S. West Temple, during the New Year’s street festival that begins Dec. 29 downtown. Visitors are invited to drop in and sing along with the artist karaokes (potential songs: “Rolling in the Deep,” Aretha’s “Respect,” Sinatra’s “My Way” and, of course, “YMCA.”) The most popular will win the artist $200.
